How can I track the status of my order?
EDDIE FUNKHOUSER Cosmetics will send you an email confirming your order. Once your order ships, you will receive a second email with a tracking number. If you have not received a confirmation email, this is most likely because the email address that was provided on your account was spelled incorrectly. Please contact customer service to have it corrected.
Can I return or exchange a product if I am not satisfied?
EDDIE FUNKHOUSER Cosmetics is committed to making sure you are happy with your order. We are happy to refund any product you are not satisfied with within 30 days of delivery date.

What are your shipping methods?
EDDIE FUNKHOUSER Cosmetics offers Next Day, 3-Day or Ground shipping. The total weight of your order, your zip code, and your preferred shipping method are used determine your shipping charges.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide, shipping costs will be added during checkout. EDDIE FUNKHOUSER Cosmetics is not responsible for VAT taxes or customs duty.
What are your accepted methods of payment?
EDDIE FUNKHOUSER Cosmetics accepts Paypal, Visa, American Express, Master Card, Discover, Diners Club, JCB and EnRoute.
Will I be charged Sales Tax?
Taxes are dependent on the destination of your shipment. Taxes that appear on your online order are approximate. Actual taxes charged to your card will reflect applicable state and local sales taxes, and will be calculated when your order is shipped.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
EDDIE FUNKHOUSER Cosmetics does not offer gift wrapping at this time.

30 DAY RETURN POLICY
EDDIE FUNKHOUSER Cosmetics committed to offering our customers the finest cosmetic products available. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Regrettably, the original shipping fee is not refundable. To initiate a return, kindly email us at contact@eddiefunkhouser.com. If preferred, you may call 1-818-815-4546 (9AM - 5PM PST, Monday-Friday) to initiate a return.

EXCHANGES
EDDIE FUNKHOUSER Cosmetics will accept an exchange on any unopened, unused product. Fill out the exchange portion of your Return Form and return the product to us. Once the package has arrived at our facilities, you will be sent a confirmation email. In-stock items will be sent out immediately.
Exchanges on international orders are not accepted at this time. All Sales on International Orders are Final.
GIFT RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are returning a gift, please contact Customer Service at 1-818-815-4546. We can either issue an EDDIE FUNKHOUSER online store credit, or refund the credit card used by the purchaser.
DAMAGES AND ORDER DISCREPANCIES
Damages and Order Discrepancies must be reported to EDDIE FUNKHOUSER INTERNATIONAL, LLC in writing within 5 calendar days of receipt of merchandise; claims are invalid if submitted beyond 5 days from receipt of goods. Please submit all claims to contact@eddiefunkhouser.com.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTIONS & CHARGES
EDDIE FUNKHOUSER Cosmetics offers 3 shipping methods: Next Day, 3-Day or Ground. Shipping estimates can be generated by entering your shipping information into the Estimate Shipping And Tax portion of your Shopping Cart.
EDDIE FUNKHOUSER Cosmetics makes every effort to minimize our impact on the environment. To this end, your order may arrive in a slightly used shipping box.
Customers may ship to multiple addresses by selecting Checkout With Multiple Addresses when you are ready to check out. Shipping charges will be calculated according to each destination.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed after 11:00AM EST may ship the following business day. Likewise, orders placed on non-business days (weekends or U.S. holidays) will be processed on the next business day. For orders that need to be expedited, please call us toll-free at 1-818-815-4546. A representative can assist you between the hours of 10AM and 6PM, EST.
When possible, orders with Next Day or 3-Day Service will be processed the same day if received by 12 Noon EST, although we try to extend this cut-off time whenever possible.
Shipping Exceptions
Some items may be considered hazardous materials due to their alcohol content and cannot be shipped to certain zip codes in Alaska, P.O. Boxes, military addresses (diplomatic pouch mail, APO, FPO, Guam, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands) or international addresses. Please call us at 1-818-815-4546 for further shipping info.
Special Locations
Expedited orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will require an additional business day to arrive. Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional business days to deliver.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS & CHARGES
International shipping costs are calculated based on a number of factors, including the number of purchased items, the weight of the items and the destination country postal code. During Checkout, an international shipping quote can be calculated based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination.
If you don't see your country listed, we are not currently able to ship to that destination.

Shipping Exceptions
Some beauty items may be considered hazardous materials due to their ingredients or alcohol content and cannot be shipped internationally. International customers will be notified to remove these items during checkout.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer Free Shipping on international orders.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS
Your order total is guaranteed at the exchange rate set when your order is placed. International taxes, tariffs and value-added tax (VAT) will be calculated into your final order total during Checkout.
Duty, customs tariffs and VAT are set by the destination country. They are determined based on the purchased merchandise's country of origin or manufacturing and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the destination country. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs, taxes and VAT will vary by country and will be determined during Checkout.
